AuraTap is a social network built around visionOS Personas. Its Meet format pairs two available people for a short introduction, then shares contact details only when both choose to connect. New contacts stay in a Connect Book so the conversation does not have to end with the first call.
Live events give featured guests a place to speak with several Persona participants at once while the audience joins through Q&A. The format feels made for the headset because people share a spatial conversation instead of being reduced to a grid of ordinary webcam tiles.
AuraTap can also record the voices and video of multiple Personas together. Interviews, panels, and community conversations can live on as replays in the app, giving hosts a reason to create and viewers something useful to watch after an event ends.

Meet Artur Sychov and Phil Traut.
Co-creators of AuraTap
Artur and Phil created AuraTap together. Artur has developed XR applications and hardware for more than 10 years. He began building apps for Apple Vision Pro soon after its release because he strongly believes in the platform and its long-term potential. Phil is an enthusiastic Vision Pro advocate who regularly shares what keeps exciting him about the platform. He also helped launch Mount Hood, an international team of 18 developers, 3D designers, immersive filmmakers, and creators assembled to build ambitious native Vision Pro experiences.
Why they built AuraTap
AuraTap was inspired by the incredible Personas Apple introduced for Vision Pro and our deep commitment to creating meaningful social experiences. We believe technology should help people communicate, connect, and feel present with one another. Personas are expressive, beautiful, and designed with privacy and safety in mind. They deserve to be seen and experienced.
