About the app.
Explore POV brings beaches, forests, mountains, cities, and remote landscapes into Vision Pro through high-resolution 180-degree 3D and Apple Immersive Video. The wide view and sense of depth make each film feel more like visiting a place than watching travel footage on a screen.
The strongest journeys let you slow down and notice the scale, distance, and atmosphere around the camera. A quiet beach, misty jungle, or snowy mountain can fill your view in moments without turning the experience into a guided game or complicated simulation.
Its growing library spans countries and environments around the world, which gives the app a real reason to revisit it. Explore POV is an easy recommendation for people who want immersive travel and a reliable way to show what Vision Pro video can feel like.

Developer Spotlight
Meet James Hustler.
Filmmaker and creator of Explore POV

James started filming at 17, documenting diving students in Thailand before building a career making tourism and adventure films. He had never developed an app when Apple Vision Pro launched. After discovering that his own footage would not play on the headset, he taught himself enough to build Explore POV and had it on the App Store six weeks later. Two and a half years on, he still films, edits, and builds everything himself.
Why James built Explore POV
I spent three years living in a motorhome and filming New Zealand, trying to work out how to make someone feel like they are actually standing in a place instead of watching it on a screen. Vision Pro was the first thing that could do it.
“This recognition means a lot, especially from someone who has properly tested everything out there. The messages that stay with me most are from people who cannot travel. One person told us Explore POV made him feel like he had climbed a mountain for the first time in his life.”
