About the app.
Gracia plays moving volumetric scenes made with 4D Gaussian Splatting, a capture method that records a subject from many viewpoints instead of locking you to one camera angle. A person, performance, or place can appear at full size in your room while the action keeps moving.
You can place a scene beside your furniture, walk around it, and choose your own view. Full-scene playback goes further by surrounding you with the capture, which makes the difference between a flat video and a spatial recording easy to understand.
The library gives you several kinds of scenes to explore rather than a single technical demo. Some captures stream right away, while larger ones need to download first, so it is worth starting with one scene and giving it room to load.

Developer Spotlight
Meet the Gracia team.
The team behind Gracia’s 4D Gaussian splatting platform

Gracia brings together more than 11 years of GPU engineering experience. Co-founder and CTO Andrey Volodin was the lead developer of cocos2d-objc, later joined Prisma AI as an early employee, and led its mobile development, bringing on-device neural networks to millions of people. He also founded netmonet, which became one of the region’s largest fintech infrastructures.
Why the team built Gracia
Before Gracia existed, Andrey spent his evenings experimenting with neural rendering on consumer hardware. He first ran neural radiance fields, or NeRFs, on an iPhone using Metal, then brought them to a standalone Quest headset with a native OpenXR Vulkan renderer. When Gaussian splatting emerged, he built a real-time splat renderer for VR and shared a demo that quickly spread through developer and creator communities. The response inspired a ‘YouTube for volumetric video,’ but the team soon learned that creation, not distribution, was the real bottleneck. Together with co-founder and CEO Georgii Vysotskii, Andrey shifted Gracia toward training and processing 4D Gaussian splats with stable motion, high visual fidelity, and file sizes small enough to stream.
“Being selected as a Top Pick by someone who has seen what the platform can and cannot do, and knows exactly where the bar is, means a lot to us. For a team building the production layer underneath the format, it is a meaningful signal that the experience built on top of it is doing exactly what it should.”
