About the app.
Lisa converts an ordinary photograph into an explorable point cloud or Gaussian splat. Depth and color are interpreted to pull the image out of its frame, creating a scene you can rotate, zoom, and move through instead of viewing from one fixed angle.
Controls adjust the visual style and help turn particles or splats into a presentation that suits the source. Camera moves can be prepared for sharing, giving a transformed memory a deliberate path rather than leaving every viewer to find the interesting angle alone.
The reconstruction is generated from a single flat image, so hidden detail is estimated rather than recovered from a true multi-camera capture. Lisa is best for artistic experimentation and revisiting photos in a new form, not exact archival scanning.
