Spatial Rifts

About the app.

Spatial Rifts opens portals on the walls and sends waves of bats, spiders, and other monsters into the room. Players shoot or strike enemies, collect dropped puzzle pieces, and place them into each portal’s frame to close the invasion.

PS VR2 controller support provides aiming, firing, and reloading, while a hand-mounted display shows health and ammunition. Local SharePlay lets as many as five players fight in the same physical space, and a second controller can be shared with a friend.

Closing portals unlocks upgrades, but the wave structure can feel repetitive during longer sessions. Spatial Rifts is strongest as a social room-scale shooter for groups with the required controllers, clear space, and an appetite for arcade combat.
